Overview

King Memory, Inc operates this private accounting connector for authorized company personnel. It connects COMCENTER to QuickBooks Online.

Information handled

The connector may process QuickBooks company identifiers, authorization credentials, and accounting data requested by authorized COMCENTER features. Temporary authorization codes pass through this gateway and are removed after one successful claim or expiration.

Use and sharing

Information is used only to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and audit the accounting integration. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers needed to operate the integration, including Intuit, or when legally required.

Retention and security

Authorization credentials and accounting records are retained only as needed for business, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Authorized users may disconnect the integration in QuickBooks or COMCENTER. For privacy questions, access, correction, or deletion requests, contact chad@kingmemory.com.
